Meet Erin Robertson

Erin Robertson is a designer, tastemaker, and explorer. Throughout her career she has created an aesthetic vocabulary made up of bold shapes, bright colors, and unexpected textures. She makes art that is carefully considered, practically responds to environment, but is also fanciful and joyful.

Her creative practice is rooted in the history of garments, how they’re made, and how they’re used. A touch of humor and word play runs parallel to a vast expertise, vision, and care for community seen throughout her work. You may recognize Robertson as the winner of Project Runway Season 15. Or from her fashion sports project Pickle Pop. Or from creating upwards of 20,000 masks to assist frontline workers during the pandemic, including a bow mask worn by Heidi Klum for Rolling Stone. Or perhaps for one of her most important roles, mother to Mabel.

Born and raised in Provo, Utah, Erin moved to Boston at 18 to become a  dental assistant and lab technician at Harvard University. She attended the Massachusetts College of Art and Design and won the CFDA/Teen Vogue Target Scholarship in her first year. Three months after graduating from MassArt with BFA in 2016, Erin would go on to compete in (and win) Project Runway.

Erin recently relocated to London. She is not interested in staying still, but is interested in moving slow and making a big impact.

Thank you for being here <3
